Mr. Donargo joined Ingram Micro in September 2005. Prior to assuming his current role, Mr. Donargo served as executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of BrightPoint. He also acted as senior vice president, chief accounting officer and controller prior to his CFO role. Before joining Ingram Micro, Mr. Donargo was the strategic business unit controller, director of finance and corporate controller of Aearo Company, a safety products manufacturing corporation. From 1990 to 1998, Mr. Donargo was employed in various financial positions with National Starch and Chemical Company, a specialty chemical manufacturing subsidiary of ICI Americas, Inc.

Bashar Nejdawi
President, North America Mobility
Mr. Nejdawi is the President of North America Mobility. During his five years at Ingram Micro Mobility, Mr. Nejdawi held a variety of roles, most recently as the Senior Vice President, Strategic Partnerships since 2011. Prior to that role, Mr. Nejdawi was the Senior Vice President, European Distribution and Marketing, Head of Global Procurement, and President of Mobile Enhancements for BrightPoint.
Before joining Ingram Micro Mobility in 2008, Mr. Nejdawi was with Motorola for 17 years serving in a number of senior roles. During his career, Mr. Nejdawi has worked in Europe, Middle East, Africa, India, South East Asia, Latin America, and the United States. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Greenwich University, an MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird), a Masters in Engineering (Telecommunications) from Southern Methodist University, and a Doctorate of Management from Case Western Reserve University.

Jac Currie
President, Europe Mobility
Currie was most recently executive vice president and chief information officer of BrightPoint, where he was responsible for the development and execution of the global information technology strategy from 2006 until May 2012, when he decided to leave the company for personal reasons. From 2006 to 2007, he served as president of emerging markets for BrightPoint, during which time he expanded the company's presence in Africa, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and South East Asia helping to drive revenues in the region. Currie was also instrumental in the acquisition and subsequent integration of Dangaard Telecom AS, a former competitor. Currie joined BrightPoint in 1998 as regional managing director of the Middle East business, also responsible for expansion into Southeast Asia. In 2002, he oversaw a management buy-out of BrightPoint's operations across the Middle East and Africa and entered into a joint venture with BrightPoint to establish BrightPoint India. Prior to his tenure with BrightPoint, Currie served in roles with Islacom Philippines, Spectrum Communications in East Africa and Millicom International Cellular in Europe, Asia and Latin America.

R. Bruce Thomlinson
President, Asia-Pacific Mobility
Mr. Thomlinson has served as President of Ingram Micro Mobility's Asia Pacific division since October 1998. From October 1996 to October 1998, he was Managing Director of Ingram Micro Mobility Australia. Since 2005, Mr. Thomlinson has also overseen various operations in Europe, Middle East and Africa during transition periods. Prior to joining the Ingram Micro Mobility management team, Mr. Thomlinson held the position of Managing Director/Director for Hatadicorp Pty Ltd., a company he co-owned from 1989 until it was acquired by Ingram Micro Mobility in October 1996.

Craig M. Carpenter
Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
Mr. Carpenter joined BrightPoint in 2000. Prior to assuming his current role, Mr. Carpenter served as Ingram Micro Mobility's Vice President, Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary. Before joining Ingram Micro Mobility, Mr. Carpenter served as Associate General Counsel and Vice President of Operations of ProValent, Inc. from 1999 to 2000, practiced law with Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP (formerly Sommer & Barnard P.C.) from 1996 to 1999 and practiced law with Kroger, Gardis & Regas, LLP from 1995 to 1996. Mr. Carpenter earned his B.S., Business (Finance-Real Estate), and J.D./M.B.A. degrees from Indiana University.
